The safeinri.com website is a static marketing site. We do not use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or fingerprinting technologies. When you visit this site, our hosting provider (Vercel, Inc.) logs standard server data — including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — solely for the purpose of serving pages and diagnosing technical issues. We do not access or use this log data for marketing or profiling. Vercel's privacy practices are available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
If you submit the interest form on the For Schools page, that form is hosted by Tally.so, a third-party form provider. Tally receives and stores the information you enter (your name, email address, school or district, and any other details you include). Brightside Behavioral Health uses this information solely to respond to your inquiry and assess program fit. We do not sell it or share it with other third parties. Tally's privacy policy is available at tally.so/help/privacy-policy. If you prefer not to use the Tally form, you may contact us directly at SAFE@bbhri.com.
SAFEin is a tool for educators, not students. When an educator uses SAFEin, they type a description of a situation they are observing. This input is processed by an AI model to generate a clinician-guided response.
By design, SAFEin does not collect:
Educators are instructed to describe situations in general terms without naming students. SAFEin does not technically block identifiable input, but doing so is a condition of participation documented in the agreement signed by each school and reinforced during staff training.
SAFEin uses an AI model provided by Anthropic, PBC. Text submitted by educators is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. As of the date of this policy, Anthropic's enterprise API terms prohibit using data submitted through the API to train or improve their models. No educator input or AI response is used to train AI models. Because Anthropic's policies may change, we encourage you to review their current terms at anthropic.com/legal/aup. Anthropic's privacy practices are available at anthropic.com/privacy.
SAFEin does not retain educator session transcripts after the session ends. There is no history view, no stored query log, and no record of what a specific educator asked or received as a response. Aggregate, non-identifiable usage statistics (such as the number of sessions processed per week) may be retained for program reporting and grant compliance purposes.
This website does not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. SAFEin may use a session cookie to maintain your authenticated session during use. This cookie contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser or log out. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may also set technical cookies required to serve the site. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are used.
This website and the SAFEin tool are intended for adults working in school settings. They are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through this site, please contact us at SAFE@bbhri.com and we will delete it promptly.
Rhode Island's Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act (RIDTPPA), effective January 2026, provides Rhode Island residents with rights regarding their personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale of their personal information. Brightside Behavioral Health does not sell personal information. To exercise any rights under RIDTPPA or to submit a privacy-related request, please contact us at SAFE@bbhri.com. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. In the event of a data security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law, including Rhode Island's Identity Theft Protection Act (R.I. Gen. Laws § 11-49.3).
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
